Operations Management

Collaboration Overview

I teach Operations Management and I am looking for providing my students with real world business experiences that would transform the knowledge gained in the classroom to skills that will make them ready for their future careers. My student groups can assist your company in various activities such as PERT/CPM  and GANTT chart project scheduling tools, forecasting techniques, process analysis, break-even analysis, etc.
