We'd like to undertake 3 projects with an organization. Students will work in teams of 7-10 in any of the following areas:
- company culture and its role in attracting and retaining talent
- diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
- learning organizations and the changing nature of training + development
- job design for employee engagement, motivation, and performance
- harnessing social and professional media networks to attract talent
Engagement Format: Live Case
Class Collaboration or Case Competition - This learning format allows educators to deliver experiential learning to students at scale. Students are often split into groups to work on a live case (or a series of cases) from a real host company that directly relates to key learning objectives.
