We'd like to undertake 3 projects with an organization. Students will work in teams of 7-10 in any of the following areas:

  • company culture and its role in attracting and retaining talent
  • diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
  • learning organizations and the changing nature of training + development
  • job design for employee engagement, motivation, and performance
  • harnessing social and professional media networks to attract talent
