Conduct research in industry and scholarly publication on best and evidence-based practices for corporate wellness programs (focus on nutrition/food component).

      • What are some practices that other organizations have found to be effective for promoting employee food wellness?
      • What kind of goals do these programs have, and how are they evaluated?
      • What strategies and techniques did they employ?
        • For instance, how did they take advantage of professional development and team-building opportunities to incorporate healthy eating practices?
      • Considering the socioecological working environment of employees, which of these strategies and techniques would be options for employees at Kiwibot to consider?
        • Which might be a good fit?
        • For instance, are there local fresh food markets that can deliver to employees or offer alternatives to vending machines?
    • When constructing the survey, also consider factors such as:
      • What is the purpose of your survey? What do you want to learn, and from whom?
      • How will you protect participants’ confidentiality?
      • How will you gather that information? Are there existing surveys that have been used/tested in previous research that could be adapted for this project? Or do you need to create a survey from scratch?
      • How will you encourage employees to participate in your survey?
      • Will you share the results? With whom/what groups?
