Engagement Synopsis

At The Adventure Park, we are a self-guided experience where guests can choose their own adventure. However, some people prefer a more facilitated and structured experience. In addition to our hourly guide offering, we would like to explore other programs/products that could be sold in addition to the self guided experience. Objectives would be to research the industry and customer audience and develop recommendations (product, pricing, operational execution) for 2-4 additional offerings.
